Directions:
Take MARTA to Peachtree Center Station (N1). Exit the Southwest end of the station (follow station signs to the Library). At the top of a long escalator you will exit onto the corner of Carnegie St and Forsyth Street very close to Peachtree Street. The Library is directly across Carnegie Street from the MARTA station entrance. GO TO AUDITORIUM - LOWER LEVEL.

Ray Christman of the Peachtree Corridor Task Force will give a presentation to Citizens for Progressive Transit just prior to our regular board meeting.
Formed by Mayor Shirley Franklin in November 2005, the Peachtree Corridor Task Force was charged with developing strategic recommendations to transform the Peachtree Corridor into a foremost destination for Atlanta's visitors and residents.
The Peachtree Corridor Task Force is chaired by Tom Bell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cousins Properties, and co-chaired by Egbert Perry, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Integral Group. The task force is comprised of 16 individuals who were selected to represent key sectors along the Peachtree Corridor. These include business, housing, the arts, hospitality, finance, retail, transportation, faith, higher education and healthcare.
